These QUICK ONBOARDING TIPS Will Get You Up & Running & Using Tether RE LIKE A PRO

    • Start the registration process by visiting tetherre.com/select-organization to access your organization’s Tether RE Portal. This link will take you to organization’s web portal, where you can begin the sign-up process.

    • Click here to watch a registration walkthrough.

    • You’ll be prompted to enter your NRDS/M1.

    • If your organization doesn’t use NRDS, you may be prompted to enter the email address attached to your membership.

    • Once on the portal, you’ll be prompted to enter your information and phone number. Be sure to input your phone number correctly, as this will be used for verification.

    • Set your password and confirm it in the designated fields.

    • Once you’ve filled out the information, click Next.

    • You will receive a verification code on the phone number you provided. Enter the code when prompted, then click Next.

    • Before proceeding, you’ll be prompted to review and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Read through the document carefully and check the box to confirm your agreement.

    • Once you've accepted, click Next to complete your registration.

  • After completing your registration, you’ll be redirected to Tether RE’s portal. From here, you’ll be able to access several features of Tether RE.

    • After completing the web registration, visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Tether RE app.

    • Log in with your newly created account and start exploring the platform.

    • Once you login to the app, you’ll be prompted to provide Tether RE with permissions so that it can operate in the background.

    • This is very important if you would like to use some of our best features, like 24/7 safety monitoring and mileage tracking.

    • Begin by adding your emergency contacts, which can include up to three people.

    • To add a contact, enter their name and phone number, and click the plus (+) button to save them.

    • You can add one, two, or three contacts, depending on your preference.

    • Safety PIN: This is the number you’ll use to silence or snooze alarms when everything is okay. Choose something you’ll easily remember.

    • Emergency PIN: This is the most crucial number. It will automatically escalate emergencies and directly dispatch services to your location. Ensure you choose a number that you can easily recall under pressure.

    • We recommend writing these numbers down, saving them in a password manager, or selecting memorable digits.

    Congratulations! You are now set up and ready to use the Tether RE app!
