He frequently leverages that experience, along with his MBA and Doctorate of Law, to drive operational efficiency even further. In his previous role as CEO at Tangent Inc., Brian’s leadership was marked by significant achievements, including driving 40% year-over-year growth for four consecutive years. He has spent nearly 20 years in real estate and adjacent industries, creating business systems that scale from the ground up to successful national operations for enterprise customers like Verizon, Softbank, SpaceX, and more. His leadership philosophy, shaped by his military background and experience as a coach, emphasizes efficiency, mentorship, and team development.
In his role at Tether RE, Brian will be instrumental in crafting scalable systems that support the company's ambitious growth plans while ensuring a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
