NAR NXT 2025 was a milestone moment for our team. We hit the Expo Floor with energy, shared the stage with industry leaders, connected with hundreds of agents, and celebrated a new generation of innovators shaping the future of real estate.

This year, we exhibited at the REACH Booth, where agents stopped by to meet the team and try the platform. Being part of the 2025 REACH Scale-Up Program made our presence even more meaningful. This Second Century Ventures and NAR initiative supports high-growth companies pushing the industry forward, and we’re honored to be among them.
Vanessa Took the Stage Twice
Our brilliant Co-Founder, Vanessa Martin, delivered two standout sessions that sparked passionate conversations about agent safety.
Field Safety Solved: The Protection You’ve Been Missing: Vanessa broke down how technology can close the long-standing safety gaps in the field, showing how Tether RE keeps agents protected and productive at the same time.
REACH Demo Day: An Exclusive Look at the Fastest-Growing Tech Solutions for Real Estate: She returned to the stage to present Tether RE among fellow REACH cohort companies, highlighting how the platform helps agents stay connected, confident, and covered wherever work takes them.
Passing the Torch at the Pitch Battle
One of the event’s highlights was getting to present the 2025 NAR Tech & Innovation Pitch Battle award. Winning the Pitch Battle in 2024 brought incredible opportunities for Tether RE, so handing over this year’s giant check felt especially meaningful. Huge congratulations to Christian Calusa of NEO New Estate Only, our friend and fellow REACH cohort member, for taking home the 2025 title. We were genuinely thrilled to “pass the torch” to someone doing such impactful work. We'd also like to congratulate Joseph Wibe from SingleKey for his Fan Favorite win at this year's battle!
